When Carefully Composed SMS Messages Become Useless
Have you ever written a long SMS message, going over it to make sure you didn't commit any mistakes, and that your meaning is crystal clear? Isn't it irritating to get "k" as a reply?
You: Sir, the survey shows that everything is in order. Our asset portfolio continues to increase in value, while our liabilities are becoming less of a financial burden. Will now concentrate on making our core processes more effective.

Reply: k.
