Unlocked & Simfree = "Tomayto" & "Tomahto"

Seems in the GSM world, this Anglo-American contrast also applies. Because while you can currently get an "unlocked" Treo 680 for $399, a "simfree" Treo 750v will only be legitimately available once Vodafone loses exclusivity.
Put simply: "unlocked" = "simfree," at least only for GSM smartphones
or PDA phones. Get it?Permalink: Unlocked & Simfree = "Tomayto" & "Tomahto"
