Treo 750v Will Make Asian Debut Through MobileOne

At first glance, the introduction of Palm's Treo 750v in Asia marks the end of Vodafone's exclusivity on the smartphone. But no service operator who has exclusivity, especially a company that's been heavily involved in the model's inception, would give up it so quickly, just a few weeks after the Treo 750v's launch in the UK.

In fact, the Treo 750v will be initially available in Singapore through MobileOne, who happens to be a network partner of Vodafone. So the service provider isn't losing exclusivity after all. So any Singaporeans out there, feel free to review the specs if you think the Windows Mobile Smartphone is for you.

Excitement Still Builds: Hopefully, this development also indicates launches in other Asian countries, including the Philippines, where I'm from.
