A lot of smartphones and PDAs on the market can store and show presentations (by connecting with a projector), and that's a great thing. Laptops may still be portable, though it's always easier to have everything you need in your pocket. But while projectors have really shrunk in recent years, it's still kinda hard to bring them around, throwing the whole concept of "truly mobile presentations" out of the window.
But, as you can see from the picture, you can carry the TDP-FF1AU with one hand. And Toshiba's flash website shows that it also has a remote! You can buy the mobile projector online from ToshibaDirect.com for almost $700.
What's in a Name? One thing I don't like about Toshiba is how they name their products. A bunch of numbers and letters seems so unimaginative, so lacking of soul. And who'd remember "TDP-FF1AU," when you have words like "Treo" and "iPAQ"?
