The Nokia Mini Map Browser
Out of all the mobile browsers I've tried out, nothing beats Nokia's Mini Map. It's really the closest to a desktop-like surfing experience.

I first encountered Mini Map on the Nokia E61, and was pleased to discover it also comes with the Nokia 5500 Sport. In fact the browser isn't exclusive to Nokia. Samsung and LG each have Representativeslinks, the SGH-i520 and the JoY respectively. The S60 website maintains a current list.

But Nokia's powerful browser really shines when a thumbboard's available. Nothing like quick and easy text-input facilitates surfing. Which is why users who access the Internet from their smartphone regularly should consider the Nokia E61, E62, and E70.

If you really wanna go technical, check out the XTech 2006 website. It hosts the Mini Map White Paper.
