Sprint Reconsiders XOHM and WiMax
It's official folks, looks like the XOHM initiative won't push through (at least for now). sprint has felt pressure from its investors to reconsider its $5 bil investment in its WiMax service (pronounced as "ZOAM"), and the company has done the same for its agreement with Clearwire, a US-based service provider.

Now that Sprint has apparently dropped Intel's mobile connectivity platform, will it start taking the GSM path? And does this development have anything to do with Sprint's recent entry into the Open Handset Alliance?
