There's no doubt the second-generation RAZR is better than its parent, featuring bigger displays and expansion. And connectivity freaks will love the speed of HSDPA. All this in a slightly thinner body. But the important question is: compared to its competitors, is Motorola still up-to-date? The RAZR V9 will probably hit the streets this 3rd quarter.
