Solving the "10 Biggest Problems with Wireless"

A somewhat helpful webpage hosted on AOL features an article by the Wall Street Journal. The piece highlights what service providers in the US are doing about "The 10 Biggest Problems with wireless," which are:

  • Spotty Coverage – This is less of a problem in smaller countries like mine (The Philippines).
  • …And No Coverage – Same here.
  • Poor Customer Service – Not to play devil's advocate, but .
  • Lengthy Contracts – Two years (the usual contract accompanying subsidized phones) is quite a long time, don't you think?
  • Damaged Phones – Apparently, most smartphone damage involves water.
  • Surprise Charges – It's always a bad feeling to find out you have to pay for something.
  • Complicated Bills – Amazing the difference changing "Voice Airtime Summary" to "Minutes Used" makes.
  • Missed CallsEasy communication has become a necessity.
  • Weak Batteries – The price of advanced technology? More power needed.
  • Overloaded – With so many features, it's hard to be user-friendly.

At the very least, you'll be aware that there are solutions to these chronic smartphone irritations, and able to find out if your service provider offers great solutions for them.
