Smartphones Don’t Cause Cancer, According to Danish-American Study

Ever since some scientists suggested that the radio waves generated by mobiles cause brain tumors, the controversy hasn't died down. And the lawsuits filed by both genuinely distressed people and heartless profiteers haven't helped much.
Now a new epidemiology released by a Danish-American group has "found no evidence for an association between tumor risk and cellular telephone use among either short-term or long-term users." Thus the discussion continues over whether such a powerful radio device stuck on our heads can cause something inside to go screwy.
Personally, even if it's conclusively proven that the magnetic fields generated by mobiles cause brain cancer, it won't stop people from using them. Communication is even more important nowadays, and one only has to look at a smoker (like me!) to see man's capacity for self-destruction.
