Samsung i900 Omnia Smartphone Announced

After the launch of Samsung Instinct Smartphone, Samsung has gone one step further and announced the Windows Mobile 6.1 powered i900 omnia links

Smartphone. This device is powerful enough to compete with the likes of Apple's new 3G iPhone, HTC's Touch Diamond and Sony Ericsson's XPERIA X1 Smartphone. It is expected to be launched in the European region in July

Let us wait and see which device rules the Smartphone world in the near future and comes out as the winner. Here are the specifications:

Network: quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, HSDPA 7.2Mbps
CPU: Marvell 624MHz
OS: Windows Mobile 6.1
Display: 3.2-inch WQVGA (240×400 pixels) TouchWiz UI
Camera: 5 megapixels with auto-focus
Connectivity: EDGE, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB
Memory: 8GB/16GB with microSD support
Others: built-in GPS, accelerometer for auto-rotation, optical mouse
