The samsung Delve mobile phone will be available on Alltel network on November 6th and it will be available for $199 with a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. It comes with some reasonable features:

Samsung's widget based TouchWiz touch screen technology
3 inches (240×400 pixels) touch screen display
2 megapixel camera
8GB microSDHC memory card included
EV-DO, Bluetooth, GPS connectivity
