RIM like many other phone manufacturers is working on a device that would be an iPhone killer. This device is codenamed AK, which stands for Apple Killer. It is expected this new device would have a touch screen user interface similar to that of iPhone but would come with better enterprise features and more powerful hardware.

It is also rumored that the new Blackberry 9100 would be this new Apple killing machine by RIM. Well we will have to wait and see what goes next. One thing is for sure that with new iPhone like devices rolling into the market, Apple is likely to face some stiff competition in future.
