Popular Sci-Fi Franchise + N-Gage = Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Mobile
Rejoice, george lucas devotees! Especially if you use a Nokia smartphone that supports the N-Gage mobile gaming platform. Nokia recently announced the development of a Star Wars-themed N-Gage title:
The mobile version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is in development by THQ's Finland-based studio, Universomo. Using Cell Weaver technology, the game lets the player harness the Force while assisting Darth Vader in his quest to rid the universe of Jedi – and face decisions that could change the course of their destiny.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is actually a comprehensive effort by LucasArts that will involve the release of a "video game, a tie-in novel…, action figures, a comicbook, a reference book and a role-playing game supplement." All will be available to the public come 2008.
