Paragon Smartphone Does GSM and VoIP

A US manufacturer named Paragon has recently launched a smartphone that might make life easier for corporate drones. The Hipi 2200 is a quad-band device that runs on GSM networks, with all the usual features the Windows Mobile OS offers, like compatibility with Office, media playback, etc. But it is also a VoIP phone, meaning users within a company WLAN or hotspot can make calls over the internet.

Seamless Operation? Paragon also says that this smartphone won't be interrupted when you moved among hotspots or return to GSM coverage. Reg Hardware seems skeptical of this claim; feel free to check Paragon's website and decide for yourself.
