Palm Decides Not to Address Treo Vulnerability

RIM Release 2007 DST Patch, No Word From Palm

And so a few days later, it seems Palm has broken the Silence:

Palm to Patch Security hole in "Find" on Treo 680, 700p. This development is more about maintaining a positive public image, and less about fixing the vulnerability, since there's already an unofficial solution available.

Daylight Saving Time Updates. Updates for Palm's Garnet OS and Windows Mobile devices.

Last but not least, if you've decided to upgrade to Windows Vista, this section in Palm's website will prove useful.
