Mobile OS New Year's Resolutions
We all love our gadgets, but they still have their shortcomings. I can imagine the major Mobile OSes have their own New Year's resolutions, and probably they'd be:

Palm OS: "I promise to become more multi-talented. The Palm faithful love my user-friendliness, but always complain about my limited feature set. For some reason, I can't seem to make Wi-Fi work with a smartphone, but I promise to do it this year. After all, my cousins can do it, so why can't I?"

Windows Mobile: "I'll work on my reliability and responsiveness. Users like my many features, but for some reason, I need a powerful processor to move quickly. I promise to stop crashing regularly, and to avoid the security problems of my desktop cousin."

Symbian: "I need to change? Over a hundred million people use me because I'm so small and easy-to-manage! But since it's New Year's Eve, and we all have to make resolutions, Perhaps I should become better at handling features like Wi-Fi and video playback. The Nokia E61 is a good place to start from, and maybe I should get developers to make more third-party apps for me."

Happy New Year to you all, from The Smart PDA and Creative Weblogging!
