Microsoft Phone is Seems Like the iPhone

Remember the Zune Phone I wrote about months ago? Turns out the patent has just surfaced, and similarities are making Dial a Phone and Wired News think that microsoft's just trying to copy Apple's entry into the smartphone market.

You can also read the patent here. It's easy to think bad of Microsoft, a company that's been vilified for being a copier taking advantage of the pioneers's mistakes.
