Make Your S60 Gadget Work With a Mac
For all the praise it wins for its intuitiveness, the Mac OS X unfortunately doesn't talk with many smartphones and PDAs as well as Windows. It can be a chore to sync contacts, appointments, notes, programs and other stuff between your pocket gadget and a Mac OS X computer. Maybe it's because Apple doesn't enjoy the same relationship with manufacturers as Microsoft does, so smartphones and PDAs usually come with syncing utilities for PCs but not Macs.

Whatever the reason, programs like The Missing Sync remain popular because of this problem. And owners of gadgets running on S60 (Symbian Series 60) should check out Mac.sis, an appropriately named (S60 apps usually end with the .sis extension) blog that does a great job of showing users how to properly use their mobile device with their favorite computer.

And it's good to see the people over at the S60 blog staying on top of things, serving self-serving yet genuinely useful info.
