Know When Motorola Q Updates Come Out

Mobility Today reports on Motorola's fickleness. Turns out a link on Motorola's website offered updates for the Motorola Q. But the manufacturer immediately withdrew it, replacing the patch with another link that allowed visitors to subscribe for news on future updates. Apparently, Motorola was unsure of the update's stability.
But it seems some people caught the update, and at least one person has a list of what it was supposed to do. Basically, general connectivity would have been improved, including the implementation of true push e-mail, and browser upgrades.
Close Call: Imagine if Motorola didn't catch its mistake. Imagine the bad press it would've received for offering a poor update.
