It’s Official: A Blog by Palm

For some reason, the sender of a particular email I received half an hour ago chose not to identify themselves. Perhaps they wanted to be called the "mystery source" or something. Whatever the cause, the message itself is definitely much more important: palm has just started an official blog.
The first post, written by VP of Public Relations Paul Loeffler, promises to educate visitors about the products, talk about the company's future plans, and provide some peeks into the company's corporate culture. Hopefully they'll learn from the mistakes of Dell. The computer manufacturer launched a corporate blog last year, but suffered some criticism for apparently ignoring important issues.
