Introducing the Sony Ericsson K850i: Nice Camera, Slim Profile
Filed in archive New Products/Services , Smartphones , Sony Ericsson by Rico Mossesgeld on March 14, 2007

The smartphone and PDA industry's best hope is probably Sony Ericsson's K-series. The model line does live up to its designation, featuring models that have nice cameras built-in. Hopefully, with the yet-to-be-released Sony Ericsson K850i Cybershot, continues that tradition. It's no kitchen sink, but the K850i supposedly boasts a 5.0 megapixel camera and:
- Tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 Mhz) and UMTS (2100 Mhz) compatibility
- A color QVGA display
- A 2nd camera (640x480), probably for video calls
- A2DP (Bluetooth 2.0) and USB 2.0 connectivity
- Ultra-slim profile at 13mm
With such a thin form factor, this smartphone will surely make it easier for the citizen paparazzi to sneak a snapshot
or two. Not to mention a video. Thanks to Unwired View for the heads-up.
