Over at All About Symbian, Englishman Ewan puts Nokia's flagships through their paces, devoting an entire part to the integrated camera performance:
The only real difference… is that the colour is slightly washed out on the [Nokia] E90, compared to the same image on the N95
It's no surprise that the N95 comes out on top. It was designed to be a multimedia powerhouse after all. And it's normal for a 5-megapixel camera to leave its 3-megapixel counterpart behind. But the E90 is the ultimate winner, if only for its mini-keyboard which allows faster text input. Not to mention it's more powerful battery.
