imate 810F: Rough and Tough Windows Mobile Smartphone

We have come across a number of rough and tough mobile phones but a rough and tough Smartphone is a rarity. imate has recently introduced its new unique Rough and Tough Windows Mobile Smartphone known as i-mate 810F at the MWC 2009. The device is based on American military specification MIL-STD-810 revision F, which means that it is designed to withstand extreme temperatures (-10 to +60C), humidity, water, pressure and shock. It comes with i-mate's security system known as ''Secure i-Q'' that provides features such as remote device locking and remote wiping of data. i-mate are also offering a conditional lifetime warranty for the 810F.

OS: Windows Mobile 6.1 (Upgradeable to Windows Mobile 6.5)
Processor: 624MHz CPU
Display: 2.46 inch QVGA touchscreen display
Memory: 128MB Ram, 2GB built-in memory
Camera: 2 MP camera
Connectivity: GPRS, WiFi, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
GPS: Built-in GPS
