I mate has no customer support!!!
    Hello Tech Support,

    Good Day!

I am expecting your response on my case; but for me this is not good because your response is very delay and i don’t know if you response to my case immediately.

You know, I love using Imate because for me it has many features that will help me in my daily activities.I am also afraid to send my device specially this kind of action that your response is not effective and also expensive for my side sending my device and I don’t receive immediate action. For this matter I think i have to Buy another brand of mobile to be practical than waiting for nothing.

    Thanks
