Some things to consider though:
- You need to get a new line from AT&T/Cingular, or renew an existing one, to avail of the big $710 discount.
- Typical service contracts lock you in for 2 years, with steep fees penalizing early termination.
- If you don't maintain this new line "in good standing" for 181 days after purchase, Amazon will automatically charge your credit card $250.
- The cost of the phone before rebates apply is $190. Meaning it will take a while before you get $175 back from them, if at all.

Here's another great smartphone or PDA promo, courtesy of Gadgets on the Go: Just head over to this product page on Amazon, and you can get a brand-new Treo 750, with all of its user-friendly enhancements and HSDPA connectivity, for under $15.
