will be based on the same open source browser engine known as 'Webkit' that the Apple Safari browser uses. Google claims that its new browser will be faster, simpler and better than all existing browsers. With so much experience that Google has in the internet world, the Google Chrome browser could be a big hit and might prove to be a perfect rival for likes for Microsoft's IE browser and Mozilla's Firefox browser. -It has a tab centric interface
-It uses sandboxing to prevent malware
-It includes an anti-phishing features
-It uses a new JavaScript implementation to provide optimun web performance
-It includes the Google Gears platform to enable online apps to provide offline capabilities

Will Google release a mobile version of its Chrome browser soon? Well you never know Google might decide to include a mobile version of the Chrome Browser into its upcoming Google Android phone. Let's wait and see what happens.

I'm very happy with this browser, easy to use, faster than fireforx. it is a stand alone browser, you can't download any extensions to it.

should be interesting to see if Chrome works more efficiently than FireFox and IE... if it's faster than Firefox, since isn't IE, then i'll use it

I hesitate to use even upgraded versions of Chrome, since my last experience using it (first version) left my computer compromised; have they fixed the security issues beyond all doubt?
