Here's why SkinIt's great: you get to upload a picture, and the guys over there turn it into a vinyl skin for your smartphone or PDA. Too bad this service isn't available for many mobiles and handhelds out there, but at least this limits really corny applications, such as placing a picture of your loved one on the back of your PDA (imagine the embarrassment they'll feel).
If you can't place a custom skin on your favorite mobile device, you can just choose from any of the ready-made designs costing not more than $15. These feature wider availability. Even if these "skins" look great, and are also available for iPods, laptops, gaming consoles, and even cameras, the best part of a SkinIt is that it protects your gadgets from the scratches of daily wear and tear.
It's too bad though that SkinIt doesn't update their selection as quickly as new gadgets come out. Imagine the business-like Nokia E90 looking real funky!
