Without wondering why HTC would release a gadget without enabling all (or at least the most useful) features, a demo version of TomTom's NAVIGATOR 6 is also available to test the newly-enabled feature. The GPS navigator application comes with one free map, so users who take advantage of this freebie will be able to find their way around their home city.
The update also features other improvements, such as enhancements to Bluetooth and the web browser, and "new data network icons to differentiate between GPRS, EDGE, 3G and HSDPA connections."
Thanks to CoolSmartPhone for the heads-up.
