It's still nice to open actual gifts on Christmas morning, but for smartphone and PDA users, nothing beats free mobile software. Astraware offers gift certificates that's perfect for the Holiday season; recipients gain credit they can use to buy games from the company's website.

The giver can send it through e-mail, or go old-school and print it out. Whoever gets it can get some mental exercise through Text Twist and Bookworm, or just while away the time with classics like Bejeweled or Zuma. The great thing about gift certificates is that the receiver is sure to enjoy his gift, since in the end he'll be the one choosing it.
