First Impressions: The Nokia N93
Jan 2, 2007

This multi-jointed Symbian S60 3rd edition smartphone feels a lot more sturdy than the transforming N90. But the Nokia N93 unfortunately suffers from poor responsiveness.
Using generally-responsive phones like the Nokia 5500, Samsung SGH-D830, and the Treo 680 can spoil a user. So a mobile that literally takes a few seconds to react to button presses, especially when in camera mode, can be cumbersome to use.
At least the phone comes with a cover that snugly fits over the lens of the 3.2 megapixel camera. And the camera's controls are reasonably ergonomic, mimicking that of a camcorder's. But it's hard to start "The Next Story in Video," when things move too slowly.
