Failure: 2 Disney: 0

Disney has called it a day for Disney Mobile, warning customers that service will continue up to only December 31, 2007.
There's nothing wrong with failing, as it's a normal process of business. But the fact remains that Disney has failed twice at the mobile market. Previously, the media giant shut down its Mobile ESPN service.
Again, early termination fees are waived for the benefit customers, and again reimbursements for purchases of smartphones and accessories are available. Both of these offerings are a great way to say goodbye to customers. Yet these are just two similarities between Disney Mobile and Mobile ESPN's demise lead me to think that Disney hasn't learned from its mistakes.
