Recently received this offer in the email:

This Fourth of July, add a little brilliance with the gold MOTOKRZR unlocked -- brilliant and beautiful independence.

You can drop $250 for the phone itself, or $280 for a the phone-headset (which is also gold) bundle. $70 gets you only the headset. Take note, the only difference between a normal KRZR and this version is superficial.

With all the newer MOTO models making their debut, is this special edition MOTOKRZR worth its weight in gold, in a good or bad way?
