I may have been a bit forgiving when I first used the HTC Touch, but only because I knew I was handling a pre-retail version of the PDA phone.
Turns out that, after testing out a unit up for sale, the responsiveness problems weren't resolved. Granted, The Touch's touch-controlled interface facilitates many common tasks, and I applaud HTC for coming up with the TouchFLO interface in a few months since the iPhone's announcement. But the fact remains that the HTC Touch isn't for those who want their smartphone or PDA to react instantly to user input.
Still, I'm interested in what the recent memory upgrade will do for the PDA phone. Will the higher specs make it a more responsive gadget?
