For Treo 650/750p bored of seeing the same screen everytime they make a call, Skinner might help. The program allows customization of the Phone App screen. You can also change the Splash screens that show when the smartphone is turned on or off.

Over 40 free themes and 11 splash screens are available on 79bmedia's website. The download also includes software that allows you to create your own customizations. Buyers can avail of a 2 week trial, but will have to pay $14.99 once it's over. The newest version, 3.4, provides support for the 700p, and is free for owners of previous 3.x incarnations. Treo 270, 300, and 600 users can purchase an upgrade for $7.99.
