Browse Smartphone and PDA Reviews With Sites Like Ciblant
Thanks to unscrupulous SEO tactics like spamdexing, even mighty Google may not provide the correct answers. Many gadget websites use words like "review" and "specs" all over their pages, even if these don't exist. Thus clicking on search results may lead you to pages full of ads, with useful content nowhere to be found.
But if websites like Ciblant, which aim to be search engines for Gadget Reviews, can get their act together, finding "expert reviews" will be easy. If the owners of the site are open to a little constructive criticism though, they should expand their catalogue. As of this writing, only 4 models grace the PDA section, unlike the fully populated smartphone page.

Here another review aggregator with more categories and reviews in several languages. Not sure about the quality in the respective local markets but english seems to be pretty impressive.
