Even if you've never heard of the Philippines, you've probably heard of Boracay, a Filipino tourist destination that attracts thousands of foreigners a year with its fine white sand beaches. The tropical paradise has long adapted to the realities of the mobile lifestyle, with many establishments providing free Wi-Fi and at least one high-speed Internet café providing connectivity to the sightseeing masses. On top of that, it seems that many shops are selling cell phone straps that come in the shape of flip-flops. If ever you find yourself in Boracay, you can partake of these trinkets at under $.50 (as of this writing). Just don't get any sand on your smartphone or PDA!
