- Wireless calendar synchronization that allows users to receive new appointments
- Access to a company's contact server, precluding the need to download them onto the phone
- Various security functions such as improved encryption and utilities that allow the company to remotely disable the unit
Lamely Litigious: I agree with Businesspundit. A professor's assertion that employees addicted to technology (users sometimes call their Blackberries "Crackberries") can sue their boss is stupid. Visit the True Stella Awards for more examples of American obsession with courtrooms.
