Android Powered Motorola Sholes coming soon?

Specs. and images of a new Motorola Android Smartphone codenamed as Sholes have been released on the web. It is a stylish device that will come with a large touchscreen display as well as sliding QWERTY keyboard. It is expected to be launched in association with Verizon Wireless in the last quarter of 2009.
Here are the details known so far:

Display: 3.7 inch touch screen display (480 x 854 pixels)
Memory:256MB RAM, 512MB internal memory with MicroSD support up to 16 GB
Camera: 5MP with autofocus
Connectivity: GPS, HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0
