An Easy Solution to Chile’s "Urban Eyesores"

Reuters reports that "Chile said on Monday it would propose a law to give people more say about where mobile phone companies can set up transmission antennas, seen by many as towering eyesores."
This law is honestly unreasonable, because in today's connected world, Chileans will need to enjoy more connectivity to stay in the game. Instead of trying to eliminate the admittedly ugly-looking antennas, the Chilean government should consider requiring that the antennas blend in with the surroundings instead. A win-win. No more unsightly cell phone towers, and the country's march to full connectivity isn't railroaded.
