Alabama Woman Sues Apple over iPhone 3G Issues
iPhone 3G users have been facing a number of issues with their iPhone 3G devices since its launch such as slow 3G connections and frequent call drops. Well it seems that a woman named Jessica Alena Smith who is based in Birmigham, Alabama couldn't take it anymore and therefore decided to sue Apple over these problems.
According to the lawsuit Jessica Alena Smith is contending that Apple is benefiting financially by selling a defective product and therefore she and other class members are entitled to damages, costs and fees. The suit has around 100 class members and seeking damages of around $5 million.
