January 2007 represents my six month as editor of The Smart PDA. Aside from more helpful info on smartphones and PDAs (*cough*), here are six other things you can look forward to for this year:

iPhone Confirmation. Will the wild iPhone rumors be proven true this MacWorld?

Bigger Smartphone and PDA Memory Capacities. Will the rest of the mobile industry follow Samsung's lead?

Yet More HTC Models to Create Name Confusion. - Yes, four new HTC models may come out this year, but they look like updates of their existing models.

Fewer drunk driving Accidents. Will Alc-Mobile help drivers cut down on drinking and driving?

Mobile Broadband Access Becoming More Available. - Basically an upgrade of GSM, the world's most widely used cellular protocol, will more service operators provide HSDPA to their subscribers?

Easier Access to the Yellow Pages. Yellowpages.com can now forward your search results to your smartphone via SMS.
